Update My Account
Thanks for being a member of the VIN community and for using eVetSites, a VIN website hosting service.
Until recently, eVetSites billing and support have been separate from VIN community systems. We are pleased to tell you that eVetSites and VIN billing and support systems are being merged.
The only changes you should notice are:
- When speaking to VIN membership services or eVetSite support they will be more aware of, and better able to help you with issues related to both VIN and eVetSites.
- Your eVetSites credit card receipt will be sent to the email address VIN has as your billing address.
If you would like to see what email address you have on file or designate a billing address you may do so by using your MyVIN Console. Just log onto VIN, and click on MyVIN in the main navigation bar.
You can also see the last 4 digits of the credit cards you have on file and which services they are used for using this secure link:

If you are not a VIN member but utilize the eVetSites website services, please contact us to update your payment account with us and to retrieve your VIN login info for viewing your payment information.
