Domain Name Management Transfer - Away from eVetsite Systems.

This form is required to transfer the management of a domain name back to the original owner. Please fill in all the required fields and click <Submit> . Please note this form will not cancel your account with eVetsites as we will leave the DNS settings in place during the transfer for your benefit. All accounts must be current ...before we can proceed of course.

An email will be sent to the domain name owner from Network Solutions (our domain name registrar) www.networksolutions.com. This email will contain complete access information so you can manage your domain name to make any changes in DNS or registration information, etc. WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE DOMAIN TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANY FUTURE ISSUES.
