1. Does my VIN membership give me a discount?
Yes, if you or another veterinarian at your clinic have an active VIN membership, you are eligible for the discounted member rate. You can sign up to become a VIN member at any time to take advantage of this discounted rate.
2. Can you manage my domain for me?
Yes, we can handle that for you! We offer several options for domain name management and can assist with registering a new domain name or transferring an existing one. By managing your domain name for you, we can establish all of the technical settings for your website and email services, as well as offer domain name privacy, annual registration, and private domain specific email accounts.
3. Who owns my domain name? Also, can I manage my domain?
If you have registered and manage your own domain name, or want to check the status of any domain, you can review domain registration information here: https://whois.icann.org. There is no reason other than convenience (we renew your domain for you) that would keep you from managing your own domain. All we ask is that you speak to an eVetSites team member about the correct settings required.
4. Do you offer your Pet Education Library as a stand alone feature?
The Client Education Library from Veterinary Partner and the Veterinary Information Network is included complimentary with all eVetSites websites. The client education library is also available as a stand alone widget for veterinary hospital websites that do not use eVetSites.
